Tucked away down granite steps on Fore Street, the R Bar* is a small, friendly, lowly lit cave – the perfect hideaway from St Ives’ hustle and bustle.

Our speciality rum cocktails are made-to-order by our experienced mixologists from a back bar stocking over a hundred rums.
Both Dead Man’s Finger’s Rum and our latest creation, Stargazy Cosmic Caramel Rum, were created here, that’s why we consider The R Bar the Southwest’s spiritual home of rum. We also offer food, cocktail-making experiences and private hire complete with a bartender.
